How To Help

Good Shepherd's ministries and missions are still happening, though they look a bit different these days. We've identified a few ways our church family can help make an immediate impact both within the church AND in the local community.

How Can You Help Others?

We will continue to update this section as we identify and organize more ways to help our church and our community.

Lake Wylie School Supplies

We are once again collecting school supplies for children that may not have the resources to purchase them. You can drop them off at the church office Monday – Thursday from 9 am – 4 pm. To make it even easier, we have created an Amazon Wish List that you can ship to your home or directly to the church office.

Please limit your contributions to the following items:

  • Loose Leaf Paper
  • Glue Sticks
  • Crayons
  • Sharpened Pencils
  • Colored Pencils

Salvation Army

Join Good Shepherd with our new partnership with Salvation Army. They are in need of several items until we can serve in person.

  • Diapers, Baby Wipes and Formula
  • Packaged snacks for the Boys & Girls clubs
  • Full size shampoo and conditioner
  • New Plastic Bins
  • New blankets and sheets

Free Little Library

Donate gently used books for all ages for our community Free Little Libraries. Please drop off at the church office Mondays – Thursdays from 9 AM – 4 PM.

Samaritan’s Feet

Samaritan’s Feet Warehouse is back open for the usual 2nd Saturday Good Shepherd Serve Date. It is limited to 15 people (aged 12 and older) and very safe with masks and social distancing. Please sign up on the Good Shepherd web site and you will receive further information. Sign Up or Find Out More.
