Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

About this position

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for overall front office activities, including the reception area, mail, greeting visitors, answering phones and receiving deliveries. Also responsible for miscellaneous administrative tasks or projects as needed.

 

Key areas of responsibility include...

 

  • Receives mail, visitors and packages
  • Creates a welcoming front office environment
  • Maintains office supply inventory and orders supplies
  • Performs receptionist duties
  • Maintains office equipment (printer, copiers, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

For this position, you should…

 

  • Have a living relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Have advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Be knowledgeable in use of copiers, printers and other office equipment and tools.
  • Have exemplary spelling and grammar skills as well as excellent writing etiquette.
  • Be organized, tech-savvy and meticulous.

 

Afterschool Teacher

About this position

Provide a safe and loving afterschool atmosphere to children Kingergarten through 8th grade. This position is a 1099 part-time role that serves during the school year, August-June.

  • Develop, organize and lead a variety of classroom activities directed at expanding and reinforcing learned curriculum;
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication with parents.
  • Weave the gospel truth throughout curriculum and daily activities

Contracted Caregiver

About this position

Provide a safe, loving, and comforting environment for children from birth through 5th grade while their parents attend church activities on the church campus.

 

Key areas of responsibility include...

 

  • Care for children by rocking, feeding, comforting and changing diapers.
  • Create a fun environment by reading and playing with children.
  • Value the importance of following all nursery procedures to promote consistency within the safety guidelines set forth in the Safe Sanctuary Policies.
  • Create a loving environment by promoting sharing and being kind to one another.
  • Create a safe environment by removing obstacles or hazards that could harm a child.
